You will need:
1. Parallels virtual machine for mac
2. Win xp
3. Intel based mac at least 4g memory
Install Parallels virtual machine. Install win xp with in it and update to latest service pack. After that you can start install revit. It will take a while to install ".net' platform and revit itself. as revit 2012 doesn't come will templates. use that from revit 2011. Turn off 3d hardware acceleration in Revit for stable performance.
